We source for and ship items worldwide, as do our partner workshops and other manufacturers. Over time, we are proud to have developed and shipped products with partners from the US, Europe and China.

In February, China will celebrate its lunar New Year. This year, it will last from 11 to 17 February, although some partners and manufacturers may close 1-2 weeks before.

This means that some items ordered in February will experience shipping delays, and will not ship until February 18th at the earliest.

Do note that this affects only items shipping from China and not from the US or EU.

Depending on the popularity of the item, and the backlog our partners will have to deal with, delays may extend to the end of February. However, we expect that this will happen only in rare cases. 

Do rest assured that we will ship your orders out as soon as humanly possible once shipping returns to normal.

In the meantime, just email support@thegeektrove.com if:

- You need to check on whether an item will ship normally or when it will ship.

- An item is still unfulfilled and you'd prefer to cancel. As long as the product has not shipped, or handcrafting has not started for products made on order, we will be happy to cancel your order with a full refund for unshipped products.

We understand many of you would like your items ASAP, and we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
